I personally loved Dollhouse. It was very good.. I wasn't confused or felt anything was off at all. I watched it with my friends too. Some of us have seen it more than 2 times already.

I did not know about her before... and she has quite a small part in the pilot. So I hope you will enjoy it!

Dichen Lachman. She got fired from both acting jobs she had in Australia cos she was so bad. She was on one of our popular soaps and there were soooo many complaints about her acting they fired her because people were threatening not to watch till she was gone and other people were taping the show so they could fastforward through her scenes.

Things aren't looking so hot for Joss Whedon's new series Dollhouse.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, only 4.7 million viewers tuned into the US premiere of the highly anticipated drama on February 13, despite months of hype and fan speculation.
Dollhouse revolves around Echo (former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Eliza Dushku), an "active" employed by a shadowy corporation that "programs" her brain with skills to complete complex missions, then wipes her memory clean when she returns to headquarters.
Though Whedon is usually a critical darling, Dollhouse's first episode received mixed feedback from reviewers who voiced concern about the series' complicated premise and wondered whether Dushku has a wide enough acting range to play Echo.
But it's not all bad news for the fledgling series. For starters, it may be rescued by an online audience: the pilot episode, 'Ghost', is currently the number one TV show in the US iTunes store.
Secondly, Whedon himself has promised that the series will start paying off for fans in the second half of the first season, when the characters and the action start to develop.

Totally agree with you... she was much more appealing in Tru Calling!

Then, there was no hint about what you are talking about in the previous episode... so I was as surprised as you were, even though I suspected it a bit!

i don't understand, how is it a spoiler if the episode has already premiered? i was just asking about one little part that happened in the recent episode because i was confused over it.

So you are questioning about the identity of some character in it, and for me that is a spoiler (in a sense that if I hadn't seen the episode, I would have hated you for asking this question

She was terrible playing Katya in Neighbours, she only ever had 2 facial expressions; bored and "i'm stupid" She was hated in England too!
Anyway, back to the show, these last few episodes have been fantastic and the most recent one was all kinds of awesome. Eliza shouting "porn!" had me in stitches.

in that case, i apologize if it seemed like i was getting defensive, i was just confused as to why it would be a spoiler, especially to you because your last post before that, you said the episode was amazing. and also, it's hard to keep track of when new episodes premiere in other countries lol i just know when it has aired in the U.S. since i live here. i just figured i'd ask that one question because maybe it had been covered in an earlier episode which i'd missed, but i guess it wasn't.

I'm going to wait for the season to come out on DVD, though. I want to do a marathon and not have to wait for the next week.

I've been late watching Buffy/Angel and other shows so I'm always used to marathon's of dvds. Waiting for next weeks episode is so hard!, but is worth it!

The Armorer gave the boy a knife, and the boy looked at him and asked, "Is it magic?" The Armorer looked back at the boy and replied, "The worst kind; with one thrust, it can end hopes and shatter dreams." A line I read on "The Fantasy Forum". Its...so true. - Anna Svidersky 04/26/88 - 4/20/06...this affected me more than I ever expected. - She found out first-hand.
