Your best bet would be to buy a copy of the Hotel Paper tab/chord book... I don't know where my copy is but I remember the song is in some kind of alternate tuning (according to the book, and it did sound pretty accurate) and that's why the versions on Ultimate-Guitar or other sites don't sound right.
