anyone who follows gossip girl religiously? biggrin.gif

anyway, it's my favorite new tv series from this season! and i reckon, the tv series is much better than the novel.

too bad, the first season of gossip girl was cut short (and so as the other tv series) because of the writers' strike.
...so I don’t look back, still I’m dying with every step I take...

I think it's a rather stupid show... but somehow, I still watch every single episode. I also read the books without thinking they were good.
It's all very entertaining, sometimes stupid is what I need.

I love Gossip Girl!! I've read all the books! I wish they would incorporate what they do in the books on the show though.

I didn't read the books, and didn't think I would like the show, but somehow got addicted to it. It's one of my favorites now. I think it's mostly the cast...they're all perfect for the parts.

You know, I actually planned on watching this show. There was something about it that really caught my attention when I saw the commercials for it before it started here in Australia that made it seem really interesting. Unfortunately I missed like the first 3 episodes and then decided I had probably missed out on too much to bother trying to watch it.


My little sister will probably get it on dvd (is it out on dvd yet?), and then I'll most likely watch it and try to play catch up.

I have a question though, how much like The OC is it? Because The OC bored me to tears and I never got into it, even though all my friends did.

I admit to watching both the OC and Gossip Girl. I can't pinpoint why though. They have no morals lol. I'm more of a One Tree Hill/October Road person I guess:/

wow! that's great!!! i remember everytime I was in a mall in Cali,huge posters,pics of Gossip Girl where everywhere..even in elevator!!!

I just finished book 1. It's a quick easy read, fun to visualize, and actually, it's a nice way keep calm during the wait for a new episode. not bad:)
